1st Time :)

Soo..I went to savers today for the first time just to look for anything awesome I could use in pics and what not and guess what I found...?! We'll close but no, it was an amazing old Polaroid camera! The crazy thing was that last night I was looking all over on craigslist at antique cameras wanting one soo badly! I got it for like 7 bucks and I am now a savers fan :) I also got some kick A coasters today ha ha so all around great time ....I just saw a sticker on the bottom of my coasters that says it contains chemicals that cause birth defects & infertility so don't serve food off them...really?

So much stuff!

I have to mass blog again because of course a million things have happened and I haven't gotten around to posting! I went to ACDFA (college dance conference) for a week which was so much fun. I took such fun classes and an amazing contemporary fusion class from Sarah Pickett. I left Saturday from Weber and went straight to the airport. Off to LV! Spring break was most amazing. We treated ourselves to a trip to the lovely Las Vegas, did pedicures at the Vdara, full body massages (might I just add if you have not had one GET ONE ASAP) went to see Cirque's Mystere, which was fascinating and we loved it. Thank you Maryann for the awesome tickets :) and on a whim (sort of ) we made our first big kid purchase and bought a car! It's a dodge caliber and I love it. Wahoo! So we had an awesome time and now officially have a car that will run. I am now counting down the days till summer! 2 weeks here we go! I finished up performances in the seniors piece and now onto perform with the Martha Graham company out of New York this weekend at Kingsbury! busy busy, until next time...... xoxo.

Senior Concert!

long time no blog!

So it has been ages since I have updated this old thing! Jon and I are still crazy busy with work and school, I have shows coming up in March and April so between rehersals & our busy lives we get to spend a few hours together :) We had a great Valentines Day. Jon got me photoshop and it's my best friend! I got Jon a sweet watch. and made pink macaroni and cheese. Romantic Right. I did make us eat at the table so that counts for something right?! In the mist of all the craziness, Jon surprised me with a Jazz game last night which was super fun. Although I think my hotdog made me sick because today nothing was staying down! Very much worth it though, the game was awesome! As of late we are both looking forward to some good old relaxation & spring break! We are going to Vegas for our anniversary(I can't believe it's already been a yr)/spring break getaway. We are planning on seeing Cirque so I am way excited. And since it is Vegas I can't wait to feel that warm! In other news, I finally had a job interview (at the zoo) ha ha so we will see how that works out. I was pretty excited about it so fingers crossed. So that is a little bit of what we've been up to lately. I will try to find more time to keep this thing up to date!

I am watching the saddest thing on t.v. about puppy mills so I hope this Christmas post will cheer me up a little. :)

So even though we aren't spending Christmas in our apt I still thoguht we needed a cute Christmas tree! W got a fake one so that we wouldn't drag pine needles up three floors and hallways, it's pre-lite and all. I bought a good scensy smell so that it smelled like a Christmas tree since this was my first fake tree purchase, it is great... i recommend doing this. We also got our fire place working so we have the most snuggly Christmas living room ever. Since it's been a blizzard outside for the last couple weeks I am completely content sitting in front of the fire internet shopping :) I also recommend doing this.

Happy Thaksgiving in Vegas!

Jon said it was about time I get back to updating this so tada! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving in warm Las Vegas. This was our very cool family picture...michael (the cat) was pretty pumped to wear glasses...can't you tell :) Anywho, MaryAnn had a nice new house for us all to come play in so we had a good time. Good food & a big t.v. coulnd't ask for more! Jon decided to shave his beard into pedifile style which was real fantastic...luckily he had to shave it before he went back to work. :) Most of our wonderful time off was spent sleeping, waking up to get food, sleeping more, watching football, sleeping and playing games. Which randomly the boys all won. So that's the newest, not so interesting, news! 11 days till CHRISTMAS!

Not everyday you randomly see yourself on the 9 o'clock news (yes I watch the news). And for those who look close enough yes I had to rewind the DVR and pause it. Anywho hooray Fox 13 news! Ha ha hi mom!
